Initial Consultation

1. We will have an initial consultation to analyse your needs - this will include discussing functionality and important features such as colour schemes/themes, images & timescales
2. We'll discuss whether you have any additional requirements that you may have
3. We'll discuss options for hosting so that you are clear on what the site will cost you to run from the outset with no surprise costs at the end of development

The Website Proposal

1. We'll then go away and work hard on your website proposal
2. We'll submit our proposal to you and arrange a time to discuss this with you - we will discuss how closely the proposal fits your brief, what you like, what you don't like & agree a site outline and timetable

Development

1. When the proposal has been accepted, we will require a 25% deposit so that we can start to build your site
2. We'll require content and any relevant imagery from you
3. Then you sit back and we'll work really hard to deliver on your expectations!

Review

1. We'll arrange a time for you to review the site
2. You'll notify us of any final amendments ready for sign-off

Going Live

1. We'll do the final sign-off
2. Payment is then due
3. The site goes live

Aftercare

1. Once the site is signed off, we won't just leave you to it.  If you have ordered a Brochure Site we'll maintain the site for you for 12 months where minor changes are required - at no extra cost - minor changes include small changes to text and images and the odd additional pages.  If the site requires a significant amount of change following the final sign-off this may incur additional charges
2. If you have ordered a Content Management Site, we'll provide you with a user guide at no extra cost and will make minor changes to the site during the first 12 months - minor changes include small changes to text and images and the odd additional pages. If the site requires a significant amount of change following the final sign-off this may incur additional charges. If you would prefer us to maintain the site for you, we can do but this will be subject to an annual site management fee
3. We'll also provide you with regular statistics on your site performance and traffic subject to access permissions & send you lots of tips to help you to promote your new website
